Shipping policy

Orders ship from our shop in Texas, USA.

**Processing time**
In-stock orders ship within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). If an item needs more time, we'll email you before it ships.

**Shipping within the United States**
Free shipping on US orders of $100 or more (typically 2–8 business days in transit). Orders under $100 are charged live UPS rates, calculated at checkout, and faster UPS options (3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air) are available at checkout for any order.
We ship with UPS and USPS. Orders going to PO boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses are sent via USPS. Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii and US territories are welcome but may take longer.

**International shipping**
We ship worldwide. Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout using live carrier rates. Import duties, taxes and customs fees are not included in your order total and are the buyer's responsibility; your carrier may collect them on delivery. Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing.

**Tracking**
You'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

**Lost or damaged packages**
We stand behind every shipment. If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, email us at info@elianmotorsport.com. We'll handle the claim with the carrier and send a replacement or issue a refund, so you're not left waiting on the carrier. Please check that your shipping address is correct at checkout; we can't be responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

**Returns**
Returns are handled through our Texas returns location. Please see our Refund policy and contact us before sending anything back; we'll email you a return label and instructions.
